Responsibilities

As we expand our business we are looking to add on an additional Account Executive to our growing team.
The Account Executive’s main goal is building sales and brand awareness through analysis and creating and delivering retail presentations as well as the development of strong business relationships with buyers to gain support and cooperation. The Account Executive must be able to “Feel the Brand” and possess a passion for our product. Exceptional follow thru and initiatives skills as well as extraordinary analytical and decision making skills are a must. Responsibilities include:

Achieving and exceeding sales targets set

Building & nurturing relationships with buyers promoting a strong understanding of the brand and its vision.

Ongoing efforts at the retail and consumer level to build brand awareness

Ongoing communication to senior management of market events and trends

Developing seasonal sales strategies and initiatives around key holidays/events to ensure company goals are achieved.

Optimizing inventory levels through the ongoing monitoring of current sales trends.

Communicating brand strategy, initiatives and goals to Buyers, Sales Associates and Sales Consultants.

Creating forecasts for new style roll outs/Working with planners to ensure product availability

Creating and submitting new product orders in a timely fashion post market

Negotiating markdown,rtv’s, rtv/buybacks and EOY margins to achieve maximum benefit to the retailer and the brand

Establishing strong direct relationships and daily/weekly communication with the buyer(s).

Managing weekly open order reports with attention to due and cancel dates.

Communicating new product deliveries, changes, & delays to buying team.

Collecting and reporting monthly selling information
-
Ability to effectively train buyers and Sales associates about all brand and product knowledge.

Working closely with sales consultants to keep them in the know about incoming product and to maximize sales
